Arkwright House is a Grade II listed building located in the heart of Manchester designed by Harry S. Fairhurst and was completed in 1937. Featuring stunning turn of the century architecture Arkwright House has become one of the city's most iconic buildings and over the last few decades has had many different uses. Awkwright house was also heavily damaged in 1992 in the Manchester bombings and subsequently underwent extensive repair work thereafter.
We began works in March 2015 which are still ongoing. Currently we have been completing a full restoration of all steel and sash-box window with compliance of heritage and the clients needs.
See our portfolio for other examples of this type of work.
